Before Your Session
Connect with us via email or WhatsApp we are happy to answer your queries. Once your appointment is scheduled, we email a few forms for you to fill in before your first session: background information, reason for consultation, and also some emotional assessments. It also provides details about our work practices, ethics and policies.

The First Session
The first session helps defines our working relationship, We discuss your concerns, mood, resilience, past therapy experience, and set therapy goals. We go at your pace, preference and style, to create a fitting plan. If you need additional time, you can extend your session for a prorated fee based on availability.

After the First Session
After the first session, you are engaged in assessments, mood tracking and cognitive worksheets to understand how you think and emote. I engage with you daily through the tracker and customize suggestions to your needs. Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes weekly and later these can be modified to suit your needs.
